He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Forrest Sr. and Marie Antoinette Clark (Walsh); and his brother Michael Clark. He is survived by: his wife C. Marlene Clark (Cutsail); his daughter Susan Buchanan (John); his grandchildren, Jessica Koontz (Kevin) and Jordan Buchanan; and his great grandchildren, Mason Koontz and Aubrey Koontz.
