He was predeceased by: his parents, Mollie Margaret (Lewis) and Ernest Ray Harne; his former wife Sylvia Dolores Harne (Miller); and his siblings, Rudolph Harne and Martha Susan.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret E.; his children, Linda M. Miss (William) of Jefferson, MD and Larry R. Harne (Deborah) of Smithsburg, MD; his stepsons, Paul E. Frushour (Bonnie) of Middletown, MD and Douglas A. Frushour (Lisa) of Myersville, MD; his grandsons, Zachary W. Miss and Brian W. Harne (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, TJ, Aubree, Abigail, Ryder and Graham; and his siblings, Esther Weagley and Wayne Harne (Debbie). He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Garfield United Methodist Church (13628 Stottlemyer Rd, Smithsburg, MD 21783). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
