She is survived by: her children, William J. Latta, Jr. (Brigida) of Ellicott City, MD, David K. Latta (Ellen), Linda C. Latta of Stronghurst, IL and Vikki A. Miglionico. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
