He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, J. Robert Sr. Potts and Hester Mae Potts (Repp); his brothers, J. Robert, Jr. (Bob) and William (Bill); his wife Linda Potts (Chapman); his daughter Julie Grindle (David); his grandsons, William and Thomas; his daughter Sharon Apricena (Joseph); his granddaughter Samantha; his stepdaughter Kim Murray (Rick); and his grandson Austin Palladino.
