He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Roy and Lena Emily Wishard (Moore); his son Todd Wishard; his siblings, Bob, Marg, Joe, Thelma, Ronnie, Shirley, Betty, Wayne and Patsy; his nephew Rick Myers; and his great-niece Kristy Buhrman.
He is survived by: his wife Fredi Wishard of Williamsport, MD; his daughters, Kari Deuber of Pasadena, MD and Jodi Ohler (John) of Easton, MD; his grandchildren, Krista Overkamp (Shane), Ryan Deuber (Colleen) of Baltimore, MD, Adam Deuber of Baltimore, MD and Justin Ohler of Easton, MD; his great grandchildren, Braylen, Kady and Tatum; and his sister-in-law Frances Wishard of Saint James, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
