He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ellsworth Taylor and Sylvia Mae Betts Speaker; his wife Lois Margaret Jessop Taylor; his grandson Joshua Neal Taylor; and his stepfather William Leon Speaker.
He is survived by: his children, Michael E. Taylor (Gail) of Hagerstown, MD and Teresa L. Taylor (Andy Robertson) of Williamsport, MD; his sister Nancy Taulton of Knoxville, MD; his stepmother Betty Taylor of Williamsport, MD; and his stepbrother Stephen Taylor of Germany. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family request the omission of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church 35 W. Potomac St. Williamsport, MD 21795 proceeds to benefit Kinderhaven Daycare Program.
