He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Jean Stotelmyer-Blair; his stepfather Dennis Marshall Blair; his children, Dorian Pike and Atlas Pike; his stepmother Shirley Merchant-Pike of Dallas, GA; his siblings, Lisa Lohman (Doug) of Williamsport, MD, Donald Pike of Smyrna, GA, Robert Pike (Lori) of Williamsport, MD, John Blair of Williamsport, MD and Richard Allan Pike of Woodstock, GA; his stepsiblings, Debra McClure, John Whalen and David Whalen; his aunt Patsy Mowen; and his pet Ava. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
