She is survived by: her mother Whitney Helman; her husband David Helman; her father Guy Cook (Rayna Cook); her brother Garrett Cook (Kelly Cook); her stepbrother Josh Appenzellar; and her grandmothers, Joan Howell and Theresa Cook. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
