He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruby Catherine Bitner (Myers) and Malcom Palmer; his wife Celia Palmer; his children, Beth Gaines and Jeremy Palmer (Jana); his siblings, Charlene Suffecool (Doug) and Kevin Palmer (Lisa); his nephews, Doug Suffecool and Dustin Palmer; his niece Amanda Palmer; his uncle Floyd Myers; his stepfather Lloyd Bitner; and his sister Barbara Diane Palmer.
