She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Eugene Sr. and Sarah Ellen Hoover Bowers; her husband William O'Dell "Bill" Hoch; and her siblings, Marcella G. Kirby, Phyllis F. Turner, Laura J. Bowers, Thomas W. Bowers, Foster E. Bowers, Jr., Orville L. Bowers, Sr., Norman E. Bowers, Sr., Donald W. Bowers, Sr., Joseph L. Bowers, Paul R. Bowers and John Bowers.
She is survived by: her children, Sherian A. Hose (Jim) of Bedington, WV, Suzan M. Hoch of Williamsport, MD, Dell Hoch (Nancy) of Williamsport, MD and Gene Hoch (Carolyn) of Upton, PA; her brothers, David Bowers of Maugansville, MD and Phillip L. Bowers of Williamsport, MD; and her niece Nancy Taylor. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
