It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Ellen Jones of Williamsport, Maryland, born in Frostburg, Maryland, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Parry and May Athey (Hitchens); her husband Donald Edward Jones; her grandson Jason Shanholtz; and her siblings, Oliver W. Parry and Paulette Hout.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa D. Jones of Hagerstown, MD, Julie A. Statler (John) of Greencastle, PA, Krista M. Shanholtz of Hagerstown, MD, Tony L. Shanholtz (JoAnn) of Boonsboro, MD, Charles F. Shanholtz (Kathy) of Imperial Beach, CA and Kenneth R. Shanholtz of Cumberland, MD; her grandchildren, Jessica, Sarah, Tony Jr. and Melissa; her great grandchildren, Dalton and Jase; and her sister Judith Sarver of Cumberland, MD..
