He is survived by: his wife Norma Jane Baker (Messner); his children, Beth Baker-Ferree (Rob) of Sharpsburg, MD and Lance Baker (Jim Clapper) of Mercersburg, PA; his brother George E. Baker of Williamsport, MD; his niece Julie Baker; his nephew Jeb Baker; and his siblings-in-law, George, Clinton, Graham Messner, Shaw Rosen, Drew Menter and Meagan Boozer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
