He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Rowland and Blanche Alverta Rowland (Carbaugh); and his siblings, Vera Kretzer, Doris Stouffer, Dan Rowland, Dale Rowland and Chester Rowland.
He is survived by: his wife Faye L. Rowland of Williamsport; and his sister Hildred L. McKee of Clear Spring. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
