It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Alvin Kelley (Williamsport, Maryland), born in Clear Spring, Maryland, who passed away on April 10, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Alvin and Marie C. Kelley (Burns); his wife Janice Marie Kelley (Shives); and his brother Wilber G. Kelley. He is survived by: his son Colin L. Kelley (Debra C.) of Williamsport; his granddaughter Mistie D. Kelley (David Taylor); and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no public viewing or visitation.
