It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Stover (Williamsport, Maryland), born in Boonsboro, Maryland, who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Stover and Madaline Zimmerman; and his brother Lewis Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Stover (Cook); his children, Angela Bailey of Hagerstown, MD, Lorie Harris of Williamsport, MD and Richard Lee Stover, Jr. (Renee) of Sharpsburg, MD; his brother Charles Branchman (Barb) of Clear Spring, MD; and his sister-in-law Carol Lucas of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
