He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Jacob and Iva Blanche Alger Seal; and his wife Lorraine Rhodes Seal (Ardinger). He is survived by: his brother Gary L. Seal (Judy) of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions a private graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Williamsport, MD with the Rev. Clarence D. Hurd officiating.
