Troxell Jr. of Williamsport, Maryland, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on December 10, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H. Troxell, Sr. and Esta May Troxell (Bowman). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lorraine Martin Troxell; and his children, Krista K. Fitzgerald (Richard) of Lavonia, GA, Wendy D. Ricedorf (Bernie) of Mechanicsburg, PA, Richard H. Troxell, III (Stacy) of WIlliamsport, MD and Timothy R. Troxell (Sue) of Hagerstown, MD..
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, no more than 25 people are allowed in the funeral home at one time, and facial coverings and social distancing are required.
