She is survived by: her mother Dorothy L. Lowman (Wilt) of Hagerstown, MD; her children, Stan K. Barrett Jr. (Pam) of Cumming, GA and Tonya M. Barrett (John) of Greencastle, PA; her siblings, Kendra L. McElroy (Jim) of Deltona, FL, Allen Lowman (Kimberly) of Berkeley Springs, WV and Charles R. Lowman, Jr. of Clear Spring, MD; her great-nephew Dionte Winston of Palm Coast, FL; and her grandchildren, Genesis, Abriana, Alivia, Trey and Cheyene.
