He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin George and Anna Gale Kramer (Shank); his wife Joyce Roberta Kramer; his siblings, Ida Pearl King and George Kramer; and his pet Burt.

He is survived by: his children, Douglas Kramer, Staci Miller (Kevin) and Kristi Hall (Brent Kline); his sisters-in-law, Susan Kelbaugh, Jeanie Kelbaugh and Sandra Kelbaugh; and his pets, Lily and Stella. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; lifelong friend.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Cedar Lawn Memorial Park (17636 W Washington St, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
