It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Price of Williamsport, Maryland, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on March 19, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Edward and Violet Margaret Gish Mowen; her husband Charles William Price; and her grandmother Myrtle Schroyer. She is survived by: her sister Brenda K. Braswell (Jim) of Williamsport, MD; her sisters-in-law, Betty Whittington and Bonnie Rice; her nieces and nephews, Brian Braswell, Sandy Bond, Debby Massie, Tim Rice, Earl Rice, Scott Rice and Linda Dodson; and also Christina Emery.
