She was predeceased by: her parents, Numan Joshua and Laura Elizabeth Murray Shifflett; and her siblings, Sandra "Taty" Swope, Delores "Dudy" Campbell, Newman Shifflett and Homer Shifflett.
She is survived by: her husband William R. "Jim" Mills; her children, Cynthia Shanholtz (Issac) of Williamsport, MD, William Mills (Hollie) of Laurel, DE and James Mills (Sandy) of Hagerstown, MD; and her sisters, Judith Carbaugh of Pinesburg, MD and Melinda Tolley of Downsville, MD. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
