He is survived by: his wife Constance Elizabeth "Connie" Bowers (Anderson); his children, Kara L. Bowers (John Hose, II) of Williamsport, MD, Dan E. Bowers (Alicia) of Williamsport, MD and Patrick A. Bowers of Williamsport, MD; his brother-in-law Charles Stockslager; and his grandchildren, Justin E. Bowers, Bryan A. Bowers, Ella E. Hose and Nicholas G. Hose. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
