She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence L. Lewis; her parents, John Franklin and Mattie Susan Blickenstaff Harshman; her sister Flora Virginia Lynn Skinner; and her brothers-in-law, Robert W. Lynn and Frank E. Skinner.
She is survived by: her son Terry L. Lewis (Patty Rzomp) of Maugansville; her niece Patty Lynn Ricketts; and her great-niece Karen Ricketts-Ramge (Fred) of Myersville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
