She was predeceased by: her parents, John Detrow and Goldie Rachael Shifflett (Cunningham); her husband John Marsh Pereschuk; her son Kenneth Pereschuk; and her brother David Shifflett.
She is survived by: her children, Earle Pereschuk, Sr. (Krista), Donald Pereschuk (Jessie), Gary Pereschuk (Jane), Robert Pereschuk (Kelli) and Thomas Pereschuk (Patty); and her siblings, Johnny Shifflett, Roy Shifflett (Ruth Ann), Judy Shifflett, Richard Shifflett, Esther Socks (Ronnie), Elizabeth Tosten (Robert) and Robert Shifflett (Kim). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name to CJ's Senior Care, 147 King St., Hagerstown, MD 21740 would be appreciated by the family.
