He was predeceased by: his parents, Sara A. Keyser McGowan and Marvin F. Stoner. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hadley Stoner; his son Aaron Ashley Stoner of Hagerstown, MD; his grandchildren, Hadley Mae Stoner of Hagerstown, MD and Jackson Bennett Stoner of Hagerstown, MD; his stepmother Alice; his siblings, Rodney Stoner (Peggy) of Chambersburg, PA and Beverly Neideigh (Frank) of Chambersburg, PA; and his pet Zigfield.
Masks and social distancing practices will be mandated.
