He was predeceased by: his father James Edward Proctor; and his stepfather Paul Marquiss. He is survived by: his mother Nancy S. Boles-Proctor Marquiss of Falling Waters, WV.; his siblings, Dan Proctor (Pam) of Berkeley Springs, WV, Teresa Forsyth of Falling Waters, WV, Lisa Cline (Wayne) of Hagerstown, MD and James Proctor (Lisa) of Falling Waters, WV; and his close friend Acie Gault of Williamsport, MD. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
