Block, Jr. (Carol) of Spring Mills, WV, Richard F. Block (Sharon) of Hagerstown, MD, William P. Block (Patti) of Falling Waters, WV, Harry C. Block (Susan) of Port St, Marianne Block of Hagerstown, MD and Joseph M. Block (Rose) of College Grove, TN; his stepsiblings, Mary Anne Callahan of Port St and James R. Stoltz (Shirley) of Mechanicsburg, PA; and his stepmother Helen M. Block of Port St.
