She was predeceased by: her parents, Masao Shimizu and Mitsuko Tomiyama Shimizu; and her brother Osamu Shimizu. She is survived by: her close friend Shay Boy; her husband Robert Edward Foltz Sr.; her children, Robert E. Foltz Jr. (Janeen), Jerri Pelletier, Carol Churchey (Chris) and Lori Boutieller (Eric); her grandchildren, Christopher Churchey (Lauren), Lindsey Powis (Jeremy), Bobby James Pelletier (Janna) of Bryan Churchey, E. J, Jake Boutieller, Tatyana Boutieller, Robert E. Foltz III and Kaiya Foltz; her great grandchildren, Claire Elizabeth Churchey and Carter James Pelletier; and her siblings, Hariko, Yuriko, Fumiko, Toyoko, Kyoko and Masahiro. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
