With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Lou Koontz of Williamsport, Maryland, born in Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on February 25, 2023 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her father Grover H. Schlack; her husband S. Roger Koontz; and her sisters, Helen Stewart and Charlotte Schneider. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Foiles of Texas and Catherine Koontz of Florida; and her grandsons, Colby, David, Eric and Kevin. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
