She was predeceased by : her parents, Keller C. Bowman and Alta May Guessford Bowman; her husband William E. "Bill" Bussard; her great grandchild Aubrie Bussard; and her sister Nervy Smith Stover.

She is survived by : her sons, Bill Bussard of Hagerstown, MD, Alan Bussard of Funkstown, MD, Jerry Bussard (Cindy) of Huntingdon, PA, John Bussard (Anita), Out of State and Scott Bussard (Margaret) of Hagerstown, MD. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
