She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Green (Binkley) and Bernard Fuller Green of Hagerstown, MD.; and her brother William B. Green. She is survived by: her husband William Kemp (Bill); her children, Karen Fries (Jerry) of Anderson, SC, Sue Troxell (Timothy) of Hagerstown, David Kemp (Nora) of Greensburg, PA and Stephen Kemp (Carol) of Shepherdstown, WV; her grandchildren, Katharine Zeglen, Jennifer Dumbeck, Sarah Lowry, Ryan Fries, Jeff Fries and Conner Troxell; and her great grandchild Emilia Evanitsky.
