It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeline (Louise) Cline (Williamsport, Maryland), who passed away on December 31, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Norman Brown and Mildred Elsie Houser (Bussard); and her brother Edward Norman Brown, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Richard Dale Cline Sr.; and her children, Debra Hardin (Jimmy) of Hagerstown, Richard "Rick" Dale Cline Jr. (Cathy) of Falling Waters, WV and Shawn Cline (Judy) of Williamsport, MD. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
