With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lynn Alan Shuman of Williamsport, Maryland, who passed away on November 19, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Shuman and Cleva Shuman of Funkstown, MD.; and his brother Larry K. Shuman of Portland, OR. He is survived by: his wife Laura Elaine Shuman (Reynolds); his son Christopher Shuman of Hancock; and his grandson Sawyer Shuman.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is offering qualified families up to $9, 000 for funeral expenses incurred due to the death of a loved one from COVID-19. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused immense grief for so many people.

During this time he received and shared several awards including The Department of Commerce Gold Medal, The DOC Silver Medal and American Heart Association CPR lifesaving award.
