She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Shore and Anna Mae Shore; her husband Terry Hutzell; and her brother Carlton Shore. She is survived by: her son Ronald Chelmey of Falling Waters, WV. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
