She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Miller and Betty Bivens of Martinsburg, WV.; her husband Donald Lee Foust; and her sons, Donald Jr. and Terry Edward Foust.

She is survived by: her children, Lisa Carbaugh (Craig), Anthony Foust (Tammy) and Jerry Foust (Nadine); her sister Sandy Grove (Phil); her stepbrothers, Merle Miller and Sonny Miller; and her cousin Darlene Stotler (Bucky).
