She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Equilla and Mary Catherine Gilbert Kline; her husband Charles Elmer Forrest; her son David C. Forrest; and her brothers, Meredith Kline and James Kline.
She is survived by: her daughters, April A. Stottler (Clarence) of Waynesboro, PA, Diane S. Fuller (Wayne) of Middletown, MD and Tammy L. Neff (Ronald) of Joppa, MD; her brother Daryl R. Kline of Norwood, Missouri; her grandchildren, Sabrina Albright, Gregory Stottler and Megan Fuller; and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Aiden, Isabelle and Everett.
