He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollie Turner and Minnie Turner (Bowers); and his siblings, Sallie Gsell, Betty Smith, Florence Turner, Evelyn Turner, Carrie Turner, Elsie Turner, Sam, Dean, Harold, Irvin, Virgil and Clarence Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Phoebe Louise Turner (Mellott); his children, Tina Hose of Boonsboro, MD, Thomas Turner of Conway, SC and John Turner of Trophey Club, TX; his grandchildren, Krista Turner of Allentown, PA, Sarah Lease of Hagerstown, MD, Lacey Head of Hagerstown, MD, Jacob Hose of Boonsboro, MD, Nicholas Hose of Boonsboro, MD and Adam Hose of Boonsboro, MD; and his great grandchildren, Emma Turner, Taylor Peterson, Phoebe Peterson, Chase Omps, Hunter Small and Ozzie Lease.
