She was predeceased by: her brothers, Gene D. Shives and Donald L. Shives. She is survived by: her husband Robert Alvin Kelley; her son Colin L. Kelley (Debra C.) of Williamsport, MD; her sister-in-law Nancy L. Shives of Halfway, MD; and her granddaughter Mistie D. Kelley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
