He is survived by: his wife Annie E. Kirby; his children, Myrna Murphy (Kenneth) of Bedington, WV, James Kirby, Jr. (Cindy) of Cearfoss, MD, Joseph Kirby (Louise) of Martinsburg, WV and David Kirby (Darlene) of Martinsburg, WV; and his siblings, Betty Alderman, Nancy Campbelo, Mary Brandenburg, Robert Kirby, Junior Kirby, Ronnie Kirby, Paul Kirby and Donnie Kirby. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
