He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Wesley and Mary Della Cooper (Mills); his wife Cecelia Ann Cooper (Cavender); and his sister Mary Elizabeth Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Jim Cooper (Angie), Jeff Cooper (Gina Cirincion), Brenda Dattilio (Nick) and Steve Cavender; his brother Herb Cooper; his grandchildren, Ashley, Amanda, Dalton, Hannah, Christian, Cecelia, Conor and Mia; and his great grandchildren, Cayden, Jacob, Madilyn, Kali, Rowan and Lorena. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
