He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Lloyd Slick, Sr. and Elsie Slick (Barnhart); and his siblings, Frederick Slick, II, William Slick, Kathleen Slick and Betty Slick Byers.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Traver Slick; his children, Jack Slick, Jr., Katie Manuel and Ginger Young (Robert); and his grandchildren, John, Elizabeth, Andrew, Jenifer and Jacob. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
