He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Thomas and Mary Ellen Stotler (Cline). He is survived by: his wife Darlene Mae Stotler (Miller); his daughters, Sharon Wiles (Jeff) of Williamsport, MD and Sandra Hammond (Patrick) of Williamsport, MD; his sisters, Roxanne Snyder and Lori Morris; his grandsons, Patrick Hammond, Jr. (Monique) of Bullard, TX and Jason Hammond (Toni) of Columbia, MD; and his great grandchildren, James Hammond and Luke Hammond of Bullard, TX.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park.
