He is survived by: his sons, Harry C. Mentzer, Jr. and Randy Delbert Mentzer; and his sister Linda Strite.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
