She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Merrill Downing; her parents, Francis Malott and Eva Malott (Pence); her daughter Lisa Marie; and her siblings, Carolee Kelley and Denny Malott.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Ryals (Ricky) of Hot Springs, AR, Stephen Downing (Judy) of Sewickley, PA, Teri Leiter (Dave) of Williamsport, MD, Jeff Downing (Dawn) of Frederick, MD and Andy Downing (Janet) of Las Vegas, NV; her brother JoMac Malott of Indiana; her grandchildren, Aaron Campbell, Ashley Campbell, Brandon Campbell, Lauren Downing, Benjamin Downing, Becki Tellock, Jeremiah Leiter, Jessica Leiter, Samuel Leiter and Megan Downing; and her great grandchildren, Dev Campbell, Maya Campbell, William Coldsmith, Andrew Coldsmith, Jacob Leiter, Ellie Leiter and Harrison Leiter.
