He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elmer Stevens and Lois Joan DeNobrega (Heefner). He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Stevens of Williamsport; his daughters, Jeri Renee Elkins of Palmetto, FL and Suzan Cole (Andrew) of Williamsport; his siblings, Stephen E Heefner (Anita) of Hagerstown, Diane Graham (Kirk) of Williamsport, Laura A. Minnick (James) of Hagerstown, Barbara Lynn Stevens of Hopkinsville, KY and Nickole Stevens of Hagerstown; his grandchildren, Ivy Hannah Faraimo of Fayetteville, NC, Nevaeh Elkins of El Paso, TX, Dillon Lowery (Tracy) of Fayetteville and Christopher Elkins Jr. of El Paso; and his great grandchildren, Braxton, Dakota Lowery and Vivian Faraimo of Fayetteville. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home (1331 Eastern Blvd N, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
