He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Leon and Josephine Elizabeth Rhodes (Gaylor). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rhodes; his children, Rodney L. Rhodes of Williamsport, MD, Curtis B. Rhodes (Tracey) of Summerville, SC and Heather Mann (Chris) of LaPorte, IN; and his siblings, Gerald W. Rhodes of Sharpsburg, MD, David L. Rhodes of Westover, MD, Mary E. Hornbaker of Williamsport, MD, Bonnie S. Knight of Sharpsburg, MD and Catherine V. Wigfield of Palmyra, VA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
