He was predeceased by: his parents, Keller John Rowe and Eva Dean Rowe (Scriever). He is survived by: his wife Carol Rowe (Downs) of Williamsport; his children, Alisa Smith (Tom) of Montana and Allen Rowe Jr. (Fonda) of Williamsport, MD; his brother Ronald F. Rowe (Sheila) of Williamsport, MD; his grandchildren, Kaylyn Wolford (John), Dylan Rowe Kelsey Faith (Mandi), Kyle Rowe (Hailey) and Sierra Rowe; and his great grandchildren, Sadie Faith and Christopher Wolford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
