She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Weldon and Louise Elizabeth Kelly Study. She is survived by: her husband James Edwin Norris; her sons, James Scott Norris (Julie) of Keedysville, MD and Adam Todd Norris (Cherice) of Middletown, MD; her granddaughters, Emily Hayes (Matt) of Hagerstown, MD and Bethany Norris of Keedysville, MD; and her sister Roma Payne of Kemptown, MD..
