She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Eichelberger and Leah Elizabeth Eichelberger (Repp); her husband Robert Lee Rowland; and her brother-in-law Ronald Mellott. She is survived by: her sisters, Beverly Mellott and Bonnie Monninger (Ronald); and her nieces, Debbie, Sherry and Rhonda. She is also survived by 4 great-nieces; 2 great-great-nephews.
