She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Richard Rowe and Sara Ellen Rowe (Stoner); her former husband Charles Edward Davis; and her children, Charles Davis, Ronald Davis and Marietta Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Vernon Joseph Richards; her children, Clifford Davis (Hollie), Edward Davis (Sandy), Jeffrey Davis, Brian Carter, Richard Carter, Cindy Dawson (Mark) and Tina Davis; and her sister Annie Nicholas. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory of Esta Davis to J.L. Davis Funeral Home, 12525 Bradbury Ave. Smithsburg, MD, 21783 to help defray funeral expenses.
